Hospice Liaison:

  • Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assited Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships.
  • Prepare marketing plans and develop target list with-in an assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships. Use skills to develop territories sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families.
  • Represent company and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner.
  • Interact with company patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organizations service and teamwork culture.
  • Maintain standards of high- quality service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct all business activities in an professional and ethic manner.

Only local candidates with Hospice marketing experience needed and will be considered. Three years' experience minimum with established accounts.

Position Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.
  • Knowledgeable on Hospice benefits and how to efficiently explain it to the referral source, patients and families.
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in preforming job responsibilities.
  • This is a driven position, must have an automobile, valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Established Book of Business.
  • 3 years marketing experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
